Funding Call Open - Game in Lab International Projects

We are happy to announce the opening of the Game in Lab 2025 international call for projects, which will be accepting submissions until September 15th.

Game in Lab invite research teams all around the world to submit their proposals about board games. All areas are welcome, whether social sciences, psychology, linguistics, arts, or any other.

This year, Game in Lab offers two tracks: one dedicated to fundamental research to advance theoretical knowledge and understanding of play and games, and a new track focused on applied research with a social impact dimension. This second track supports projects that explore how games can address social challenges and produce actionable insights for communities in which games can make a difference.
