Job Opportunity: Project manager for Horizon EU STRATEGIES project
For the Horizon project STRATEGIES (Sustainable TRAnsiTion for Europe’s Game IndustriES) we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced project manager to support research on how the European game industry can contribute to realizing the goals of Europe’s Green Deal. As a project manager, you will be part of the Project Support Team based at Utrecht University.
The range of tasks involved in this position is diverse. They include (but are not limited to):
setting up and maintaining the project administration, including finances and budgeting, in consultation with the consortium leader and funder;
actively contributing to the project plan: approach, phasing, division of roles, specific requirements and wishes;
act as a point of contact for the project environment and organise meetings with the client, project team and other stakeholders, both online (via platforms such as Slack and Teams) and live;
organising activities such as conferences, workshops, lectures and presentations;
facilitate and coordinate project development and completion of outputs with the various consortium partners;
prepare, coordinate and write interim and final reports for the grant provider and enter this information in the relevant portals.
